This is an update regarding Covid 19 and our response at The Baby Collective.

These are unprecedented times for our business and we are constantly monitoring Health Guidelines.

The health and well-being of our customers and staff are our utmost priority.

We are continuing to ship orders however shipping is delayed during these times. We want you to know we are doing everything we can to get shipments out as quickly as possible. The challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as we and our shipping partners adopt additional safety measures to protect our people and our customers. The factors contributing to delays include fewer flights, social distancing requirements and increased volumes as more people shop online. Shipping carriers are are under extreme pressure at the moment.
