RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
It's important to us here at The Baby Collective that you are happy with your order. Please get in touch with us if there are any issues and we will work hard to ensure that you are happy.
If you would like to initiate a return, please send a return request to email@example.com.
- Your order number
- The name of the item you would like to return
- The reason you would like to return it
- Details of any defect/fault with the item. Please include a photo showing the fault.
We require a trackable service for returned items. Return shipping cost is not refunded at this time. Store credit will be issued for this amount.
Our exchange & returns policy is valid for 14 days from date of delivery.
Some things to take into account before placing your order:
- Sale/Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- We cannot offer a replacement if incorrect shipping information has been entered.
- All returns and exchanges must be unused with tags still attached where applicable, and in the same condition that the item was received in.
Our return policy is valid within 14 days of receiving your order (as per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority). We can offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders, providing it is within 14 days of your order being delivered.
We will also replace, offer store credit or refund items that are faulty.
If an order has not been delivered within 60 days of the order being placed, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Sale and clearance items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Stock and products are thoroughly checked and rechecked before they are posted. If an item is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to rectify this by either offering a refund/credit or replacing the item. Please provide a photo showing the fault.
