    Due to the weight of our wooden toys, shipping costs are slightly higher

    DELIVERY TIMES

    Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery time from time of shipment is: 

     *PLEASE NOTE due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements our distribution center is taking slightly longer to send orders than usual.

    • 5-8 Business Days - USA
    • 8-12 Business Days - International

    Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs and holidays. However, in our experience, 95% of the time you will receive your items within these time-frames. Please contact us if you have not received your order within this time.

    You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. Tracking will be sent to you within 2-4 business days of placing your order.

    We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. 

    Our website is created using Shopify who are industry leaders in ecommerce. They ensure that the highest industry standards for payment + processing are met. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored. 

    All transactions are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.
