WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We ship worldwide!

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Clothing and Accessories:

We offer free international shipping for all orders over USD$60. 

United States, Europe - $3.95 flat rate

All other countries - $4.95 flat rate

  • Wooden Toys

Due to the weight of our wooden toys, we offer free international shipping for all orders over USD$100. 

United States, Europe - $4.95 flat rate

All other countries - $7.95 flat rate

DELIVERY TIMES

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery time from time of shipment is: 

  • 8-14 Business Days - USA
  • 12-18 Business Days- Everywhere else

Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs and holidays. However, in our experience, 95% of the time you will receive your items within these time-frames. Please contact us if you have not received your order within this time.

*Due to Covid-19 we are seeing slightly longer shipping times currently. We are doing everything we can to keep things running smoothly and keep customers updated. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. Tracking will be sent to you within 2-4 business days of placing your order.

If you have an account with us, simply login to your account to see your order history. You can Create an Account any time (even after placing an order).

We are able to ship directly from some of our distributors to our customers, so it is common for items to arrive at separate times. Feel free to contact us if your are concerned about the arrival of your items.

THE SHIPPING COMPANIES WE USE

All orders are shipped using e-packet and are sent directly from our fulfilment centre in China. E-packet is a fast and reliable international shipping method that provides door to door tracking. If e-packet is not available for your location we will use the fastest shipping alternative.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including visa debit, as well as Paypal. Our website and checkout is secured with an SSL Certificate enabled to ensure your privacy.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

We keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored. 

CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?

Our site enables you to browse products in your local currency.

Once you proceed to the checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to USD. All transactions are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.

Other Questions

WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both the wash and drying cycle. Certain items with tassels, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Knitted items should be hand washed as well. Most items have washing instructions on the product page - if you are unsure how to care for your products please just reach out to us!

ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?

Due to us sourcing our products from different suppliers, our sizes may vary slightly as each brand is different. The sizing is to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the size or weight of your baby for their age. We always recommend ordering a slightly larger size for growth, particularly if your baby is larger for their age.  If you would like a size chart for any particular product that may not have one present, please email us support@thebabycollective.com and we will be able to provide you with one prior to you purchasing.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHERE ARE ORDERS FULFILLED?

Our team a based in the USA, operating out of Los Angeles. We are owned by a New Zealand company. We partner with brands and manufacturers locally and internationally to bring you stylish and affordable items for your little ones. 

Currently, our supplier and fulfillment center is based in China however we are working to open our US warehouse in 2020.
